SHIPPING WITHIN URUGUAY:
Shipments within Uruguay are made only to home or DAC agencies, with an estimated delay of up to 7 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
In the case of shipments outside Uruguay, the preparation time for the order is 3 business days. After preparation, delivery times will depend on the destination and the shipping method. The cost of international shipping does not include customs duties or other applicable taxes in jurisdictions outside Uruguayan national territory. Mandinga is not responsible for the retention of the same. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the purchasing policies for international purchases in your country before confirming your purchase. Please note that it is not possible to combine orders, change sizes, edit billing or shipping information, or add products to an already completed purchase. Changes to the delivery address specified in your order are also not accepted once the order has been shipped.
SHIPPING COSTS
• Within Uruguay, the shipping cost is $300 for all purchases.
• For international shipping, please inquire about the cost for the requested destination.
ORDER TRACKING
You can check the current status of your shipment by logging into your account and visiting the "MY PURCHASES" section.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be able to view the tracking number to track the package.
GIFT WRAPPING
Orders that are gifts can be sent wrapped for gifting.
At the end of the purchase, you will see the summary of the purchase to approve and proceed to payment. On this same screen, you must select for each purchased item by clicking "WRAP FOR GIFT"
EXCHANGE POLICY
The only products eligible for online exchanges are those purchased through this channel; purchases made in physical stores can only be exchanged in stores.
The deadline for exchanges is up to 30 days from the date of purchase, with a maximum of 1 exchange allowed.
You must present the receipt or exchange ticket, and the purchased item must be in perfect condition, with tags and unused.
Returns of incomplete, damaged, worn, damaged, or modified products, or in any condition upon which Mandinga may reasonably believe they have been used, will not be accepted and, therefore, will be returned to the customer.
The product will be taken at the price in effect at the time of purchase, without deducting discounts for promotions that may have been carried out at that time.
Product exchanges can only be made within the same season and under the same price, promotions, or discounts conditions.
In the case of sales or clearance, the product will be taken at the price at which the customer made the purchase (price shown on the receipt. In the event the customer presents an exchange ticket, the price paid will be verified in the system).
Purchases of items on "SALE" can only be exchanged for items on "SALE".
Exchanges can be made in two ways:
• In-store exchanges:
Go to the nearest store with the item (in perfect condition and unused) and the original receipt. A store assistant will help you with the exchange.
• Exchanges by national or private mail:
Prepare a package including a photocopy of the original receipt and include it inside the package.
You must attach a label to the package, with the following information:
Mandinga. E-Commerce Department.
Gabriel Pereira 3200, ZIP: 11300.
Montevideo, Uruguay.
Mandatory is necessary to send the notification of the exchange to hola@mandinga.com.uy detailing the item you want to exchange, size, and color.
Mandinga will not be responsible for damages to the packages sent for exchanges until we receive the package. We recommend using a secure, trackable transport during the return.
The exchange will be made provided there is stock of the requested item. If not, we will contact you to evaluate possible alternatives.
Seasonal items can be exchanged at any of our stores or by personally bringing the item to our Gabriel Pereira 3200 store or by mail following the detailed instructions.
Items on sale can only be exchanged through the latter method.
INTERNATIONAL PURCHASE EXCHANGES
It is only possible to send back products from the country to which they were originally sent. International shipping and exchange costs are the buyer's responsibility.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
In the event of a cancellation of your purchase, the refund will be made according to the payment method used for the purchase:
• Credit Card Payments: the purchase will be canceled with the card issuer. It usually takes up to 48 business hours to see the cancellation reflected in the Statement of Account; in case of delays, you should contact your bank.
• Payments through collection networks: a refund will be managed through a wire transfer made to the name and ID that appear in the purchase.
